Having these details ready lets us bring the right parts to the first visit:
- Model and serial number. On Wolf ranges it is usually inside the oven door frame or behind the kick plate; on cooktops, under the unit or on the underside of the trim; on wall ovens, on the frame visible when the door is open.
- Symptoms and any error code. For example "oven heats slowly", "burner clicks after lighting", or the exact code on the display.
- Gas or electric, and the age of the unit if you know it.
- Your city and ZIP code so we can confirm you are inside our Seattle and Puget Sound service area.
What happens next
- We call or text to confirm a visit window during our hours, Mon – Sun: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- The technician diagnoses the fault on site. The diagnostic fee is $149 and is credited toward the repair if you go ahead.
- You receive a written quote for parts and labor before any work begins. Only genuine OEM parts are used.
